“Pauwa and Pause: Curious Creatures 2025”

FLINTA Empowerment Workshop
12th to 20th September 2025, Ticino (CH)
In the last sunny and warm days of 2025 a group of 35 FLINTA* from Italy, Germany and Switzerland met in Ticino (CH) for a shared creative journey.

From the 12th to the 20th of September the participants went for a research with improvisation tools from dance, body percussion and theatre. This was leading into the development of their own group pieces for an open stage.

Different facets of Flinta empowerment were present like discovering ressources, learning tools for selfcare, receiving support from the group and reflecting on collective topics.

Moreover, there was a lot of time for discovering the lush nature of Ticino and for connecting with each other in this Flinta-only group.

This project was a collaboration of the associations Mocona (CH), LuCa Heidelberg e.V (DE) and A.S.D. Chorégraphique (IT). It was funded by the swiss organisation Movetia (https://movetia.ch/).
